How to Create a Student Demonstrator or Coach Trainee Division

NOTE: This article is intended only for PlayAYF customers.

To create a division in order to register Demonstrators, Coach Trainees, or any other Non-Participant Registrants:

1. Go from Registrations > Manage Programs.
2. Click the Program Name.
3. Click the Session Name.
4. Click New Division.
5. Name the Division Demonstrators, Coach Trainees, Mascots, etc.
6. Select the box labeled Registrations Available to Other Divisions.
7. At the bottom of the page, select the correct Role.
8. Save the new division.
