How to Email Registrants from an Inactive Session
- Select Registrations > Registration Detail.
- Choose Session.
- (Optional) Specify the information that you want from Divisions/Team/Types/Status.
- Click View Report.
- Select those that you wish to email.
To select more than one Inactive Session, click Change Session/Division at the top of the screen.
Repeat steps 4-6 as needed.
Click the Registration Selection Icon > Send Email.
Compose your email.
Once complete, click Send Email.
- Select all by checking the box at the top left column of the report.
- You can also select the players/volunteers individually if desired.
