To change your organization's banking information, you must submit the correct forms:
- Go to Setup > Organization Settings > Banking Information.
- Under Banking Information, select Click Here.
- Download, Print, and fill out the form.
- Once complete, scan and email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax it to 1-866-335-1946.
- If your merchant account is through DirectPay, and you are updating your banking information, you must also submit a DDA Change Form.
- If you use your own merchant account (3rd party), it is your responsibility to contact them and make sure they have your updated banking information.
- If you currently accept American Express, you must contact them directly to complete the change with them. You can reach them at: 1-800-528-5200.
