When a Credit Card Dispute is received, our team at Sports Illustrated Play will take the following actions:
- Contact the family who disputed the charge.
- Based on the family's response, we will contact the administrator of the organization.
- We may ask for a correspondence between the family and the organization.
- The organization will only be charged if and when we receive notification that the chargeback case has been lost.
NOTE: Evidence of a clear refund policy is important when presenting a case against a chargeback. You may review/edit your refund policy by going to Setup > Organization Settings > Refund Policy.
