To change the account owner or authorized signer on the account, follow the instructions below:
- Complete the Add Delete Principles Form.
- Submit a ticket through the Sports Illustrated Play Support Portal with the completed form attached.
NOTE: You will need to include a copy of the driver’s license of the current and new signer and at least one of the supporting documents listed on the bottom of the form.
- If you would simply like to add an e-mail address where merchant account statements are sent, please submit a ticket through the Sports Illustrated Play Support Portal.
