NOTE: Do not use these instructions if you are trying to refund by issuing an Account Credit. These instructions should only be used if you are giving an Account Credit that cannot be recorded on a specific order.
- Go to the admin home page.
- Find the desired account by last name, email, Team name, order number, account id or person id.
- Select the desired account.
- Under Account Options, click Issue Account Credit.
- Fill out the required information. What you place in the "comment" box will appear on the payment detail report.
- Click Issue Credit.
