NOTE: When you create a NEW Admin User or edit an EXISTING Admin User, you can restrict their access to certain parts of the system. The administrator listed as the Primary Contact is the only admin user that initially has this privilege to Manage Admin Users. But, they can delegate the privilege to other admin users as they please.
Functional Area Privileges:
- Allows you to control the access to specific system features.
- Functional Area privileges are hierarchical - that is, you can grant access to an area, which implies access to the areas underneath it.
- Control access to changing registrations in specified Programs/Sessions/Divisions.
- Access Restrictions can be added at the bottom of the Manage Users page. This essentially prevents administrators from changing registrations in areas that they have been removed from.
