To Add a Custom Question:
- Go to Setup > Question Library.
- Choose one of the following types of questions:
- A Registration Question is a question that is asked upon registration.
- A Team Question is a question that is directed at a particular team.
- A Person Question is a question that is directed at a particular person.
- An Account Question is a question that is meant to collect extra information about an account.
- A Product Question is a question that merits a response about a particular product.
- Select +New Question.
- In the drop-down box, choose the Type of question you would like to create.
- Type in your Question as you would like it to be asked to your registrants.
- Fill out the rest of the form, as required/desired.
- Once complete, click Save.
