NOTE: This report will show you accounts who have logged in since the session chosen has opened for registration, but have not registered for the session.
- Go to the admin Home screen.
- At the top of the screen, click the Accounts Icon > Clear.
- Go to Accounts > Reports > No Orders.
- In the drop-down menu next to Session, select the session that you would like to work with.
- Find the accounts that you want to email and click the space between the account's Name and Last Login date.
- You must do this for each individual account that you want to email.
- At the top of the screen, click the Accounts Selection Icon > Send Email.
- Enter Subject/Message.
- Once complete, click Send Email.
