The only way to ensure payment at the time of registration is to accept credit cards only. To review your available payment settings, follow these steps:
- Click Setup > Organization Settings > Payment Settings.
- Under Check Payments, uncheck Accept payments by check.
- This ensures exclusive payment via credit cards (and thus payment at the time of registration).
NOTES: To disable checks, credit cards must be available (checked) as another form of payment. If checks are disabled, it means that registrants will not see "Pay by Check" as an option when completing a payment. Nevertheless, as an admin with total access, you always have the ability to enter checks - no matter whether checks are disabled or not.
