Roster Approval is used to accept or reject a club’s submission of their team data. Once the club has submitted their teams to the Member Manager system, they will immediately be available to approve or reject under Roster Approvals. Additionally, rosters that have already been approved can be unapproved at any time.
To approve roster(s):
- Go to Home.
- Click Roster Approval.
- Sort by Year.
- In the row of the desired club to manage, click View Teams.
- To approve all rosters with a green checkmark, click Approve Checked.
To approve individual teams, click the Name of a team.
- If satisfied, click Approve Roster.
- Once complete, click Done.
If you need to reject any rosters for any reason, contact your club and have them resubmit a new roster. The new roster will overwrite any existing unapproved rosters in the system.
